Future course of action

Dear Experts,

I filed a divorce case against my wife on CRUELTY. Yesterday the Hon Family Court has passed its judgement in my favour. The actrocious wife is still in my house and probably appeal in the HC to linger the case Taking this into account what should be my next course of action

Kindly advise.

1. Place the final facts as what made you to live with her under the same roof inspite of filing divorce against her?

2. Does she had filled dva and got RTR?

3. Has she filled for appeal before your execution of divorce decree?

My take on your Incomplete query:

Every husband has to make a proper strategy before filling a divorce:

1. Always try to start living away from your erring wife.

2. Reduce the apparent income , increse your expenditures like loan, insurance, gpf, epf etc.

3. Make your current address on record as of single bachelor type.

4. No purchasing of properties or future Investments other than basic needs.

5. Stop contacting your erring wife, no communication should be there by any means.

6. Appointment of councel needs to be done after going through his experience, number of cases he won, his thought on biased law, his approach towards to your case.

7. Ready to pay interim maintenance to wife irrespective of her hidden truth of capability to esrn as judges as biased on interim maintenances.

But, it doesnt mean that one should not fight case on merits against biasedness.
