Full & final settlement

Hi

I was worked in a Pvt Ltd. Co. Last two years, when i was joined and took appointment letter. After few days HR deptt. issue a notice for notice period increase one month two three month.

I was given resignation according to such notice period by the HR deptt.

When i was completed notice period, the HR deptt. is not paying full & final settlement.

I wrote many mails to HR, VP, and MD. All of them is not answering on mail or phone.

I am in financial problem.

What step should do for this.

Experts - give me better suggestion, or any one is ready for help me.
 I am residing in south delhi, and the Pvt Ltd. Co. is Kirti nagar Delhi.

 

My 2nd Questation

Above said co. is doing data mismatching of Excise Tax and they avail excise input and claim from excise deptt. in their excise return.

how and where give complaint for this. I have such proof that will justify to right officer for taking action and demand for Govt REVENUE, which is stolen by that co.

 Employee can approach:

 

----Employees Unions 

 

--- Trade Unions e.g; CITU, AITUC, INTUC ............................

--- Inspector under Delhi Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, If it is commercial establishment.


The employer has to maintain and submit requisite forms and registers according to Shops and Commercial Establishments Act.


If the employer makes false entries it is offence.

You may go thru Sec:19,21,30,33,37(b) (i).................

--- Inspector under Payment of Wages Act: applicable to all employees drawing wages up to Rs.18000/pm as per def. of wages in the Act. 
You may refer to: Payment of Wages Act; Sec13A and 2: 3*[(i), (ia), 3*[(vi), 3, 4 ,5, 13a, 14, 15, 16, 17A, 20………….. and if the Inspector agrees to cover you may immediately submit Form’N’ for recovery of wages.

--- ESIC Inspector; 

 

--- RPFC in nearest PF office


--- ITO; TDS where you file your ITR


--- CIT-TDS (jurisdictional) where company files ITR


----Lawyer/Law firm

---Civil Court
