Fraud case due to suppression of birth details

I'm 31 y/o man. Got married last year. It was arranged marriage. My parents had shared birth details with my in laws, in which they gave correct birth date but changed birth time. Now my wife and in laws found out through birth certificate. They are threatening me with divorce case and fraud case against me and my parents. Please advise if this comes fraud - giving wrong birth time details. Thanks.

No this not big issue that wrong time of birth given although other details were correct. Its not case of fraud or cheating that result in making any court case, just a matter which can be resolved amicable between parties.

It is not a big issue. Divorce is not so easy which can be given on so trivial matters.
