I am in process of buying a flat and the developer is making an agreement on Rs 10 stamp Is is Valid ? if not how much it should be ? the property value is between 20 to 30 Lakhs.

It differs from State to State, however, minimum Rs. 100/- stamp paper is required for a notarised agreement to sell

I agree with Dr. Vashista's opinion that the Stamp value on such issues differ from one state to another, you may verify about it locally.
