Respected Experts...I would like to bring to your attention a few grave concerns which me and my Family are facing right now. I am a 38 year old Mumbai Born, Married for 7 years and Based in Bahrain blessed with a 2 year old Son.. Now comes the main Part. Currently my Father has Names in Two Houses, first One with my sister and second one with me and my wife (investment from wifes side zero except for untensils, furniture and basic household appliances ). These Two houses were bought from sale of flat which my Father inherited from my Grandfather. My father took this step of selling that single house so that he can settle both Children when she is Alive so as to avoid any Disputes in future. The house which has mine and my wifes name , my wife is not at all comfortable with my fathers name being there and wants his name to be removed from registered sale deed. Now I have alarm bells ringing in my mind. Last week I had an Arguement with my brother in Law regarding same matter and she has threatened with "UNFORGETTABLE DISASTROUS CONSEQUENCES" in Case my father does not sign on GIFT/RELINQUISHMENT/RELEASE DEED. Now currently I am in Bahrain and Planning to come to India during November to see my child, but my only concern is now that I should not be a victim of Duress/Undue influence or Coercion and FORCED to sign any of these documents. One more concern is they might even forge SIGNATURE either mine or my Fathers. One of their relatives is a Property Lawyer plus the neighbourhood which they Live in is home to Corporators from political parties , Police officers and TV Stars..
Is there anyway to give a preintimation to the concerned courts or registrar office NOT to accept any documents which shows Purpotedly signed either by my dad or myself...Also I want to expose my inlaws evil deeds...and move a petition to court to remove my wifes name once for all on grounds of zero investment... We have all evidences to prove the source of funds for purchase of new house...
