My fathers name is Prabhakara Rao. But it is printed as Prabhakar Rao in my 10th class certificate because of which my passport was rejected. They asked me to change the name in my 10th class certificate. Please suggest me how to do this. Are there any other ways to do the same, like any affidavit or annexure? My board is Andhra Pradesh State secondary board.

You can submit an affidavit in the passport office for father name printing mistake on X class certificate. No problem
