Family Maintainance case

Hi Me and my husband are separated and M.C case has been running . But the sanctioned amount is only 5 % of his income. Because I didn't get his income proof. Question- is it possible to get his form 16 or tax filed certificate from third party or through income tax office to provide in court.

yes you can obtain Form 16 from his DDO that is his income proof.
