False Declaration in Website

A married person declares and poses himself as  "Divorced" even though he is not still divorced in a matrimonial website seeking alliances for remarriage.

Will his action attract provisions of IPC? If so under which Section

if some one poses himself as some thing different personality or else though he is not with the dishonest intention to cheat that person, he commits an offence of impersonation and punishable under section 416 of Indian Penal Code. in the peresent case the person, who is not still divorcee but poses himself as divorcee amounts to attempt to commit impersonation as the offence is not still committed. it is punishable under section 511 of IPC
