Hello,
I have a Site in BDA Approved private layout, in that i have constructed a House and stared living there.My Site is Right hand side of the 9 Meter BDA road and that is dead-end.Recently Builder has created a plot which is DC Converted outside the BDA Layout towards this BDA road and the entrace of that plot is through BDA Road.Since it is 90 degree rectangle.It will be a problem when anybody construct a house becasue if i open my gate that will be towards his entrance.
Should i consider this as an illegal Site within BDA Layout and sue them.
