Facts: Our society building is going for re-development. Development Agreement has already been executed. Individual Agreement of existing members is pending. Existing area of my flat is 350 sq.ft. (carpet).
I want to exchange my flat with another existing member having carpet area of 200 sq.ft.
1) Whether such exchange of flat is possible after execution of DA but before signing individual agreement?
2) Can builder / developer deny the exchange request of existing member ? (as rate offered by builder for extra are purchase is quite high)
3) What document need to be prepared for such exchange of flats
4) Whether stamp duty is payable on such exchange? If yes, on which amount?
