husband files for divorce. wife files 24hma. no documents other than that 24hma application given by wife. wife refused to stand witness or give evidence, she never comes to court. her lawyer informs court she won't stand withness. husband goes through all. final argument date fixed. new judge comes, informed about everything. hears the argument. on date of order judge orders the wife to file evidence.
can this be done???
