I live with mother and father in punjab, my daughter in Mdhya pradesh since last 5 yrs, We do not have relations hip with them while she got married at her own without information and dint turn back after that.
Now one day last week I recieve a summon from EOW that a complaint has been given in our hand by one Mr X that they had paid Rs XX to your sister and her husband you be present in our office for relevant statment in connection with this complaint
We are all surprise because we never know the deal, We never know the complainant, neither he informed or met before giving money to them or informed us after giving money to them,
Complainent say is, he paid XX money to my sister and her husband for getting a govt job, while they unable to meet out the deal, now they are not refunding the money.
Complainant say is, for us that you arrange my meeting with them and my money back with me.
While we any one doesnt have relation with my sister and her husband since last 4 year from the day she got married.
Now we are just harrashed and pressurized.
My father asked the Io that why you had not framed acharge on the complainant who paid money for getting job, though he himself is giving in writting tou is itself a kind of corruption, IO got hyperd.
Kindly advice, how we are a party or involved into this complaint
