1. Without knowing the exact nature of harassment, it is difficult to suggest any legal remedy.
2. Regarding delayed payment, it is compulsory to pay the salary of the employees by 7-10th of the next month. If salary is not paid, employee can raise a dispute and even seek compensation/ interest through legal procedure.
3. A person is generally allowed to work for not more than 48 hours per week. If someone is working for more than the prescribed hours, then he is entitled to overtime which is to be paid at the time of payment of salary. If company is making you work for more than the prescribed working hours, then you can raise dispute as well as claim overtime before the appropriate forum.
4. If your company is covered under the EPF & MP Act, then it has to compulsorily provide provident fund to all employees unless such employee is excluded employee. Depending on the total number of employees and their salary, the coverage can be decided. If company does not pay PF in case the Act is applicable to the establishment, then you can lodge a compliant before PF organization.
