My neighbour who has been stalking me for several years, causing power cut for the entire building of 150 houses, by meddling with electrical lines from inside his house. He has been doing this for the past several months. Reports to the chairman of the society were ignored as they are both friends. Instead the neighbour filed a non cognizable police complaint against me for complaining about him to the chairman. What should I do.

is unbeleivable and fabricated story.

Moreover, '..................the neighbour filed a non cognizable police complaint against me for complaining about him to the chairman.........." How could a non-cognisable offence be filed with the police?
