Listing case in high court

Dear Sir,

Writ petion case 1 at high court not listed after 18/03/2026 even though written " List the Matter after one week"

Write petion case 2 at same high court listed on 04/06/2026 after same date 18/03/2026 even though written " List the matter after two week"

Now case 1 lawyer has submitted the application/formalites for listing

Kindly explain the probable reason for delay in listing of case 1. Moreover Case 2 is approx 8 months older.

No concrete opinion can be given in this regard becuase the high court has its own burden and presure as well as they follow the instructions of the CJ, hence you better clarify all your doubts from your own advocate who will be the better person to explain the practical issues.
