I am Ritesh Maity, Advocate, based in Kolkata, with over 18 years of experience in litigation and legal practice.

My practice primarily focuses on Labour & Industrial Law, Employment Law and Consumer Law, with additional experience in medical negligence and medico-legal matters.

Over the years, I have worked on a wide range of legal matters involving employees, employers, consumers and other stakeholders. My labour and employment practice includes matters relating to termination, dismissal, retrenchment, domestic enquiries, disciplinary proceedings, service conditions, industrial disputes, gratuity, provident fund (PF) and ESI.

I also handle and advise on consumer disputes, deficiency in service, medical negligence and disputes involving hospitals and clinical establishments, including matters requiring detailed examination of medical and legal records.

My professional work involves legal research, case-law analysis, drafting, pleadings, legal notices, opinions and litigation strategy.
