I m trying to arrange documents which can prove that my ex wife is working and earning,These docs can be like employer record,form 16,her bank statements etc. my question is -
1)Is it fair to get someone's personal information like this from the backdoor and furnish to court ?
2)Can court/judge ask question like how did you mange to get this information ?
3) Can furnishing these question backfire me in any way,If yes that what would be the best way to get this done.
