HI FRIENDS, MY NAME IS VINEETH, I HAD SUBSCRIBED TO DND ON MY MOBILE AROUND 8 - 10 MONTH BACK . I AM GETTING SPAM MESSAGES FROM AIRTEL DTH, FRO PAST ONE OR ONE AND HALF MONTH...
I AM AN AIRTEL SUBSCRIBER....
WHAT IS THE LEGAL REMEDY NOW???????
DO I GET ANY REMEDY FROM TRAI?????
PLS HELP....

DND- Do Not Disturb.
You must have received a registration number with date and time by SMS.If not you can send email to Airtel, or call thier helpline to get it.
If you are registered for any promotional, commercial SMS you need to lodge complaint within 15 days, with your service provider e.g. Airtel TRAI.If it is a vulgar SMS you should lodge strong protest.
Airtel DTH is airtel company and might have precured data fro Airtel mobile.
