It's been 17yrs we have married and now recently I got a notice from family court saying my husband has filed complaint against me saying I have given mental stress and verbal insult so he cannot leave with me. He needs a divorce. Actually he has done all these things to me. He has done both physical and verbal with me. He has insultted my parents many a times. He even abused my son and hit him. After all the incidents he will play the blame game and make me feel guilty. But recently I got to know that he is cheating me so I went and complained to his patients. Now everyone joined together and want me to leave the house. When I said I will not leave the house they have send me a show case notice to me. So far 17yrs its me who has taken care of our son and his needs education everything. Even he has not done one single thing to house. Not sure what to do. Can anyone he'll me how to go about.
