what all documents are required for mutual consent divorce? is marriage registration documents a must? what is the earliest one can get a divorce?

Greetings,

A marriage registration certificate is not a pre-requisite for filing a divorce application. You must furnish marriage photos and cards with the application. However, speedy divorces can be finalized in around 6 months depending upon number of factors.
