Division of prpperty

My father has two wives, they both have one son. My father bought a house in the name of my mummy. After the death of my father, can there be a division of that house? Which is the name of my mummy.

Which personal law applies in this case e.g; Hindu?

Is the mother in whose name the title is, alive?

If the lady that is owner/or in whose name propety is alive it is not required to divide the house until or uless owner agrees.

The lady is legally wedded to deceased husband or was she married after death of 1st wife?

Facts posted are incomplete. Why the second marriage? Are both the wives living?
