distance education

I am 25 years of age and run a business since the past 6 months I have done my post graduation in management now I wish to obtain a law degree and am interested in learning and gaining knowledge specially with respect to property law ..can I do a part time course or can I obtain a law degree via distance education as I cannot join a law course full time.
