Hello,
My question is regarding salary. I am a doctor who is working with a reputed private hospital and very recently found out that a subordinate of mine who has four years less experience than mine , but with same educational qualification as me, draws more salary than me. Is it because I am lady with the kid, and my edu, qualification are far superior to him. Can a hospital take such decision?. Are there any way which I can claim more salary than him, because in many points I overscore than him. Is'nt it agaist labour law and discrimination agaist female staff.
