My father (name A) has expired on 5 March 2008.
He has married twice. I am from his second marriage. My father has done second marriage after the death of his first wife.
There are two son from his first marriage and four (3 daughter and 1 son that's me) from his second marriage.
My mother (name B) has also married my father (I. C. Tripathi) after getting divorced from his first husband. She has 2 daughter (name P, Q) from her first marriage. Both remains with my mother after divorced and I. C. Tripathi is their father in all certificates.
So, we are total 8 heir as per below:
2 son from my father's first marriage
2 daughter (both married) from my mother first marriage
3 daughter (2 married) and 1 son (me) from my father's second marriage
Now I want to know what re the lawas to distribute my father's property. He had only a Large House and no deposits and land.
