Deed of relinqueshment means  if someone else in plural HAS THE SAME INTEREST IN PROPERTY s you have if you WANT YOUR OWN NAME SHOUD ULTIMATELY BE KEPT AS OWNER OF THE PROPERTY, ALL OTHERS WHO HAVE RIGHT, TITLE AND  INTEREST IN THAT PROPERTY RELINQUISH OR LEAVE OFF THEIR RIGHT ,. TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY IN YOUR FAVOR.iF YOU APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER PLEASE  GIVE EM ALIKE ON MY PROFILE.
