Hello Forum,
I am a widow with 2 children. My brother is in Germany and he wants to take our widow mother on long term residence. But he needs to convince German Government that I cannot look after our mother in India (and why) and she is in such a position that she can no longer live in India and Germany is the best suitable country for her.
How can I make such a declaration ? Should it be on a stamp paper ? Can anyone please provide sample texts of such declaration ?
