Hi all,
Is there any way or recent notification of DDA in Delhi, permitting conversion of leasehold to freehold (for each builder floor) in respect of separate floors constructed over one plot of land without obtaining consent of all the Power of attorney holders of other floors? If so, can some one give me the notification no. and its date of effect. Thanks! |
