My wife's mother passed away in 1988.
Her father remarried in 1989. She stayed with Grand parents. Since then, father took no responsibility of her except bearing partial marriage expenses. After that he has been good to her for nothing.
Step mother has one daughter and one son.
Grandfather (alive) sold some property and gave cheques to her
father and three uncles. Grandfather gave one house (G father's earned) to 1 uncle who paid the price of other shares to other uncles and her father.
One land is still with Grand Father which he will divide among his sons (her father and uncles)
Grandfather doesn't support girls' share in property.
She wants to claim her right, if any.
Please tell if there's any legal right my wife can claim for.
