Dear Gurus,
My wife filed an restutution of conjugal rights in 2012 and got an exparte decree, later she moved to abroad neither intimating court nor me. recently I filed a divorce petition on as RCR filed with in one year , but my case got numbered and the hearing date given for 60 days , how to bring the posting date some what early like for max 2,3 weeks, is there any procedure.
