my father own a flat
business partnership of 10%
and some land in village
he is willing to transfer all to me I'm his one son,I've seven sister all are married
my father wants to do a gift deed for flat
and did retirement from partnership deed and transferred his share to me
do I need to do any thing more to avoid future conflict with sister after father's dead
