Paddy crop......theft from my filed .....already obtained temporary injunction order against them and later it enforced.....opposite party obtained anticipatory bail...... Praying grounds......agreed cut and took away paddy crop but showing grounds as civil dispute......but later in civil case ....he confined my enjoyment scheduled property....now in civil .....he preyed for appointment of dvocate commissioner to sort out boundary dispute ....
