I am attenting court case from 5 years, now it is in argument stage for past 1 year.
Can any one tell me how many time arguments can be postponed if other part is not attending the case.

court gives sufficient time to both the parties to attend in way of transferring the case to Lok adalat to quick disposed of the cases. or else, court passed to decides ex-party decree.
