I have filed a Habeus Corpus petition (crimal) the hon. Judge directed the first respondent to get a statement from the alleged detenue. On the basis of the statement produced the court asked the detenue to to be present on court for direct interaction. Unfortunatly due to undue pressure from her parents she said she is living with her parents willingly. This has happened last year in the month of June. Is there aby possibility that i coyld get a certified copy of the statement recorded. it is cery important that in that statement she reviled the truths about our marriage. Now her parents filed a criminal case against me. What is the procedure to get a copy of that statement. Will right to information work in this case ? kindly advise. Thanks in advance.
