If you are a common man, ignore many arrogant persons in life and curse your misfortune and curse that fellow and avoid such confrontations.

Not only are you a common man but also a voice in the wilderness.

Yesterday, one IAS officer reported was asked to go to a police station in Ongole District 2 Town as a common man/student and report missing a telephone, make a complaint and get FIR.  The directions were from District Supdt of Police and he was asked to submit a report from the moment he stepped into the station to lodge complaint.  He was treated (IAS trainee) like a criminal by the Station staff for 4 hours and they have refused to accept the complaint and harassed him.  Writer was immediately suspended, HC,SI, and CI were charge-sheeted immediately.  The minute to minute conversation report and vedio was not leaked to press and a bare incident was reported in YOU tube.

So many Public Servants are nabbed and their photos with stolen money and goods are published in the newspapers.    We hardly read a single such public servant being convicted.     They're acquitted with the pet opinion, unable to prove the case because of insufficient evidence.

If you are aggrieved by the acts of the police which is biased and detrimental to your interests, you may vent out your grievances in a form of complaint to the higher police officer of the district and seek his/her intervention with a direction to the concerned police officer to provide you the requested relief by initiating proper legal action on your complaint.

If this step also proves futile then yo may approach judicial magistrate court seeking direction to the concerned police officer to take proper legal action on your complaint by filing a petition under section 156(3) cr.p.c.

Because the victim happens to be a lady, Women's Voluntary organizations can take up the issue and can make the issue bigger and police may be forced to take action if there is adequate publicity against them maligning their conduct.  A woman can approach such a voluntary organisation.

There is no greater punishment less than losing name and dignity in society and at least WVO can help that and victim may find some kind of satisfaction.

First they ignore you,

then they laugh at you,

they they fight you,

then you win.......          ...... Mahatma Gandhi..

Kudos for GLN Prasad sir and other learned members who given suggestions to fight back for the unjustice by different means legally.

Just think one big blaguard like kuldeep singh sengar with all his mighty power and tactics and support of lawmakers had to bow down before the LAW and facing the jail term for his henious crime (HERE TOO THE SHO DECIDED IN FIRST HAND THAT NO EVIDENCE FOR ALLEGATIONS BUT WHAT HAPPENED AT THE END).

Check your facts correct...

theres no Suo Motto action by the HC - Allahabad,

but

Acting on a request by senior advocate Gopal S. Chaturvedi for a court-monitored probe, the Allahabad High Court admits his letter as a public interest litigation plea.

An advocate raised up against the attrocity and wrote a letter to HC and HC accepted it as PIL.

And whereas in this LAWYERSINDIA forum, some spineless idiots advocating to bow down before POLICE and Suffer in their hands Calmly and to be victimised without raising any action against the CORRUPT POLICE. And even saying that the investigation officer WORD IS FINAL and whatever he do can not be questionable.
Thank God, that victim girl of LOAFER sengar didn't take advice from this forum otherwise that bl**dy bas**d sengar would be roaming scott free

Aadaab.

I understand you.     I can't say this Forum gives good guidance.    But this's an excellent Forum for exchange of views but not for hurling indecent and vulgar words.

Kindly see my profile.
