If he is not found in that address then you may have to find out his new address and have to take fresh summons to issue warrant to him in the new address. .

What if I am not able to find new address as the city of accused is diferent

It is your problem to find out his new address otherwise the case will be stagnant and you may not find any progress in the case even after passing of years.
