In my dv misc case interim order done.
Court restri ted me to sell house as wife show her investment in that.
I filed revision petition in same court.revised interim order awaited.
If i sell house what will be possible affect on below:
1.can wife kickout new owner from house wid help of old order or she need permission from court for that?
2.my arrest possible directly or court will consider my say before arrest?
3.house rights safe with builder ehich i mrntioned in revise petition so csn builder sell house?
4.if arrest done will police recover all money from me?
