Can someone list or make me aware of consequences if IPC 383-389 if it goes unsuccessful. As a lawyer what would your counterattack be ? Would you file 182/211 seeking compensation ? What if the same petition is carried to upper court once dismissed in lower court ? I would sincerely appreciate your reply.
P.S. The above questions are just hypothetical questions and i have not filed any cases yet.
