Compulsory acquisition of land

Hi,

My land has been compulsorily acquired by the government for road widening. The compensation paid to me is 30% less than the current circle rate as decided by the government. However, the compensation is paid using the rates of 2004. Is there any way I can apply for enhancement in compensation to the current rate by applying for arbitration. What documents are required for that. Can you please guide me on this.

Please provide details of the date of order of acquisition.

You may apply for the proper rate by providing the facts of the case to the Land Acquisition Officer.
