I have a property of about 50 yds at Hyderabad - Due to problems of finance I have locked the same and went away for about 5 years. But on my return the same has been lock broken open and occupied by my brother and his sons. The regisitration is in my name. They are not allowing me to occupy the said property. How to proceed in this case. The police are also not acceepting my complaint stating that this is a CIVIL case and we will not interfere. So Please help me out in claiming my Registered Property.
