We,the 26 officer ranked officers have applied through advocate, for writ petition in Aurangabad court,advocate took 8 months to take a date.After all when the date is taken ,due to congestion of cases in court,our case could not reach for decision.What is the procedure after that ?Whether court gives the date at earliest period or whether the advocate is needed to take a fresh date for ciculation of the case?Our advocate has taken fresh date for circulation.,which is after one month.Here the time lapsing is bad thing for us.Why fresh date is needed? Is not the duty of the court to give date at earliest period? What is the procedure? If I want this thisformation uder rti act what is the address of the office at Aurangabad court.
