MOU done between "ABC" and "XYZ", Advance amount given to "XYZ" by "DEF".
MOU terms and conditions could not take further.
Now Cheque issued by "XYZ" Bounce.
MOU is done in favour of ABC but cheque bounced From the account of "DEF",
Now ABC" has to file the case or "DEF" has to file the case?

what for that mou is made.dear friend to easily follow your query denote person 1 as A person 2 as B and so on.please not as abc,bbc
