My writ petition against a corrupt neighbor in Bombay High Court for fudging eligibility criteria to get a flat allotted in our co-op housing society built on collector land for sport persons only, lawyer needs to be changed as he is conniving with the respondent. whom should I apply to be a "party - in - person case or a different lawyer ?
