Namaskar Bhagwat Sir,

I want to understand if I can sale 10000 or 20000 SQ.FT. (I am not sure the minimum size of agriculture land that can be transferred or purchased through on individual 7/12) plots without getting N.A. done and seeking the permission from Gram Panchayat. The land in question is in Raigad, Maharashtra.

Thanks

20000sq feet for irrigated and 80000sq feet for non irrigated land as per Fragmentation act

Thanks a lot sir for your prompt reply. Please correct me if my assmuption is wrong. Minimum 20000 SQ. FT of land can be transferred through 7/12 and two separate individuals can be part of that 7/12 so that each can hold 10000 SQ.FT portion from total plot of 20000 SQ.FT.

I have also heard the concept of Hotriculture homes, what is the maximum size of house that can be built on 20000 SQ. FT. land if the permission is granted from the Gram Panchayat.

Thanks
