Unaware of nested clause of increased notice period in increment letter, hr taken signed copy

Unaware of nested clause of increased notice period in increment letter, Hr took signed acknowledgement copy from employee. After reading complete letter found the hidden clause in increment letter. Is the employee leagally bound to serve the increased notice period further or not?

Quick Summary
An employee discovered a hidden clause increasing their notice period within an increment letter they had already signed. They are seeking to understand if they are legally obligated to adhere to this new, unacknowledged term. While signing the letter may imply acceptance, seeking advice from a local legal professional is recommended to fully assess the situation and receive tailored guidance.

The employee once accepted the terms and conditions of the offer letter or any change in policy and signed the papers acknowledging the same then he will be bound by the conditions therein.

Show relevant records to a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts and professional advise.
