I have a FD from Jaypee Infratech, which got matured on 17th July, the FD was sent to their mumbai office on 11th July. Within 3 days they dispatched the interest cheque but since then I have sent 7 mails for my principal amount. Every time, they send me a reference number but have not sent me the cheque.
I want to file a harassment case against them.
