Can i register a name with prefix institute for xxxx

Dear Respected collegues,

Can i register a name with prefix as 'Institute for educational research etc... under AP shop & establishment act .
Is there any objection..will raise or any legal issue exists if i give the name as institute as prefix of my establishment..

Nature  of organisation: proprietary

Objective : pracical training institute for teachers.

Sole proprietary.

Hence can i get name with prefix or ending.with the instittute ?? Please advise.
