Village disputed land registry

Long story short, after multiple petitions at MRO Court, RDO, and JC Court I was successful in getting the survey Nos into Village Land Dispute Register - Today I filed with JC Court for cancellation of wrongfully issued Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds by the Tahsildar when there is Family Dispute. Background: in 1992, my father partitioned ancestral property with his two brothers and took possession and was in cultivation. The Tahsildar was not giving Pattadar passbooks. In 2001, RDO suggested to file case in JC Court. Although MRO provided inquiry report that the Respondents using their positions and being local residents colluded with Revenue Officials and obtained PPB and TD. Unfortunately, in 2001, JC rejected my Father petition stating that the Petitioner failed to provide "registered partition deed". My argument was simple - what is good for the goose is good for the geese. One week before partition deed, the brother's had a "written agreement" that 4 Acres of ancestral property remained and three of them will formally partition. My Father passed away intestate in 2021 My Grandfather passed away intestate in 1981 State: Andhra Pradesh District: Kakinada Division: Peddapuram Mandal: Sankhavaram Please advise legal steps that I can take.

You have already approached JC court for the desired relief.

You may closely pursue the same

If you still don't get justice you may approach high court with a writ petition against the revenue department for remedy and relief.

Thank you for the prompt response.

I still need to file a suit in Civil Court to determine the Title Holder because I tried my best to reason (mediation) with my two uncles that we can divide the property into three equal shares. They are not interested because they are enjoying the benefits from the land. Secondly, they are saying we have the PPB and TD's with us. Hence I reached out to JC to cancel the wrongfully issued PPB and TD by the Tahasildar Sankhavaram Mandal, Peddapuram Division, Kakinada District.

As per the MRO, no transactions can happen on the said lands unless Inheritors compromise or I come with Civil Court Judgement.
