Need a layer to advice and help.
Can a builder demand house VAT from 2nd buyer, where 1st buyer is already having flat registered in his name. I am facing a situation where builder is asking VAT while applying for mutation (name change in soceity records which is under builder control currently).
To me this looks unjustified and illegal. And a measure of force used by builder with bad intention.
