In my nullification of marriage case, my cross-examination (PW1 Cross-examination) was closed due to not turning up respondent(husband) and his lawyer after giving ample of time and dates. Now even after closure of my evidence, PW2 cross examination completion and after 8 months, respondent has filed IA for recall of PW1.
I wanted to file CA (certified copy) for that IA, but my lawyer is saying that we cannot file CA for IA. Is it so? If we can get certified copy of IA, can I, as a party file CA for IA?
