Buying of registered gift deed of minors by guardian

Sir,

Can I buy a house property which was registered as gift deed by a grand father to his grand daughter who is minor still. the father of the donee want to sell it and he has taken a letter from distrct judge permitting him to sell it. How far it is possible? (The donee was 2 yrs old when the deed was registered and now she is of 12).

Without seeing the court order permitting the guardian to sell the property in the name of minor, it will be difficult to give any opinion on this issue, better take an opinion from a local advocate by showing all the papers and proceed as per his advise.
